Why We Built This Site
Public access is useful only when the request reaches the right custodian. In Seminole County, Magistrate Court may issue arrest and search warrants, Probate Court handles warrants and certain traffic matters, Donalsonville Municipal Court keeps its city cases, and Superior Court felony files route through the Clerk of Superior Court. The sheriff serves warrants and operates the jail, but does not publish a complete active-warrant list. These pages bring official contacts, access limits, and request routes into one reference so readers can confirm their own or a relative's status with the proper office.
What You Will Find Here
- Warrant lookups: how to run a warrant search by name and date of birth through the sheriff and the courts
- Outstanding warrants: how to check for active warrants and what an "active" status actually means
- Missed court dates: how bench warrants arise and which court holds them
- Charge-based warrants: how arrest warrants are issued and served in Seminole County
- Resolving a warrant: the steps to resolve a warrant, from talking to an attorney to posting bond and a motion to recall or quash
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference site, with no affiliation to a Georgia court, sheriff's office, police department, or state agency. Its role has firm limits:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now
Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Third-party providers power search boxes found on some content pages. They control their services, prices, data practices, and results. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may generate a referral fee that supports free access to this reference site. Neither the provider's output nor a sponsored result is an official Seminole County warrant confirmation.
